Welcome to Sils - the pearl of the Engadine. This 3 ½ room flat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is located in a 9-family house built in 2011 (of which only this flat is used for tourism) and is situated in the newest neighbourhood of Sils, Pas-chs, in a quiet location on the way to the Furtschellas cable car. You can enjoy the view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains, are on the edge of the village and yet only a few minutes away from the centre of Sils-Maria. The free local bus stop is just a few steps away (in winter) or a few more to the Seglias public transport stop.
The new 92m2 3 ½ room flat on the 1st floor is modern and tastefully furnished. Well-kept furniture, oak floors in all rooms and a modern, fully equipped kitchen will brighten up your holiday. Dishwasher, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, fondue and raclette machines and plenty of crockery allow for all culinary pleasures. The Volg shop is close by - which also ensures fresh breakfast rolls. It is open daily (including Sundays) from 7am to 7pm. And in case of an emergency, the apartment has its own washing machine and tumble dryer. The parking space in the car park is included in the price, as is the internet connection, all laundry, final cleaning and visitor's tax.
In winter you can book a package that includes a weekly ski pass for all Upper Engadine mountain railways (incl. public transport). Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
